Investing in People
I want to spend my time and talents investing in people. Christ died in my place, so surely I can live and work for others.
I graduated from Charleston Southern University in May 2018 with a degree in Graphic Design and Christian Studies, and have been designing in some capacity ever since.
In design, I love to use my creative talents to help businesses succeed. Even more than that, I enjoy building relationships with my clients, learning to partner and communicate with them. Even when it’s about art, it’s really all about the people.
Featured Work
I’ve worked with these clients over the past two years through Click Communication Arts and with my church, building relationships, brand styles, and a portfolio of work. Each of these brands had existing brand guidelines that were not only followed, but slowly enriched and made stronger, ready to face each new year with both boldness and consistency. They appear in order of the amount of work I have done for them.
Eastwood Homes
A homebuilder based in Charlotte, building in SC, NC, GA, and VA.
Vertical Church Charleston
Making disciples who work for, worship, walk with, and witness about Christ.
Windwood Farm
A place for traumatized boys to find help, hope, and healing in the Lowcountry.
Crescent Homes
A Charleston-based homebuilder building beautiful homes in SC and TN.
Market Pavilion Hotel
A historic-looking luxury hotel in the heart of downtown Charleston.
Favorite Tools
Different kinds of design work require different tools, especially print design versus digital design. I’ve had the pleasure of working to create a wide array of projects, which has trained me in multiple tools.
Adobe Creative Suite
I use Adobe Illustrator every working day, for projects like logo design, to print design, and even wireframes for websites. I also have Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat on my desktop ready for action! I’m learning XD, too, to deliver interactive website mockups.
BeeFREE Eblast Builder
I’ve made over 750 eblasts on BeeFree just counting Eastwood Homes. The options for an email builder are incomparable!
Divi on WordPress
The Divi Builder on WordPress is my favorite website builder tool, and certainly the most versatile. I have also worked with Brizy, Weebly, Wix, Squarespace, and Avada.
Creatopy
I’ve used Creatopy, previously known as Bannersnack, to make dozens of HTML and JPG banner ads with gentle animation for Eastwood, Crescent, and more.
